MODERN TWIST ON1920s/30s EVENING WEAR
Inspired by the Chrysler building and its art deco style, this collection creates a series of looks for a young woman who knows how to stand out and fit in at the same time, much like the Chrysler building does in New York City. The prints were derived from art deco patterns within the Chrysler Building (elevators) while the silhouettes and colors were abstracted from the outside of the building and its surroundings.
